Many say the internet is the best way to find a mate these days, others say its for weirdos and its unsafe because you don’t know if the person is really who they say they are or if the picture they provide are genuine. According to staticsbrain.com in 2012 40 million Americans engage in online dating services and 48% of online relationship breakups happen by email, yet there are only 23% of single people that say the best way to let someone know you’re interested in them is by passing word through a friend and interesting enough just 9% of women and 2% of men find relationships at a bar or social outing.
After watching a few episodes of a new reality show on MTV called “Catfish The TV Show”. I’m still not to sure.The show is hosted by a guy named Yaniv (Nev) and his brother Max. The two made a documentary about Nev’s experience in a online relationship with a woman that was not who she claimed to be. The movie did fairly well, however it sparked Nev’s desire to help others connect with there online lovers and document it for tv.
In one of the episodes young lady named Sunny is in love with the man of her dreams. Jamison, he told her he was a model, a TV writer, and also studying to be an anesthesiologist. the two had never met until Nev made it happened Sunny got all pretty to meet him and Mr Jamison turned out to be Miss Jamie, Yes!! a woman. In another Miss Trina The Real a exotic dancer from Maryland was in love with another dancer she met on line named Scorpio gorgeous looking man too.
