Last night the plan was to stop by the DJ battle then jump on the highway and head to Atlantic City fro the Old School concert. Well the battle was so hot we refused to leave, not to mention the fact that “everybody knows that we just love the Dj’s”.
First we would like to send a major shout out to the members of “More Than Music D.J. Institute” for putting on such an excellent event, The More The Music DJ Battle which took place at the A Loft hotel in Philadelphia, the event included a host of celebrity judges to the likes of legendary Philly’s DJ’s such as DJ Cash Money, DJ Miz, and DJ Jayski, DJ Supreem was a judge and performed.
Special shout to the only female in the contest whom which happen to Win DJ Sparkle, her performance was amazing to say the least, her fingers were going crazy on that crossfader.
It was nice to see the supportive crowd appreciate one of the most significant element of hip hop DJing. Mike Jerrick from local t.v. station Fox was in the building,
some of the other spectators were DJ Doc B, DJ Damage, Dj K Swift, DJ Benja Styles, DJ Disco Dave and a host of many others the event was hosted by Grouchy Greg from Allhiphop.
