In response to the incident that took place at Bryant Elementary School in West Philadelphia. A woman (fully covered in Muslim garb) posing as the mother of a student took her from the school, later to leave her in the park during the wee hours of the morning of last month. While she was found and is now safely reunited with her family, the perpetrators have yet to be captured.
For this reason, State Rep. Vanessa Lowery Brown has organized a March/Rally today Saturday February 2, 2013 at 12:30 pm and is encouraging our local residents, business owners, parents, community officials and leaders join her in this community call for action
Marchers will meet on 60th and Market Street beneath the el platform at 12:30 pm and march down 60th to Cedar avenue which is Bryant School where the 5 year old student was abducted. For more information or to participate in the rally contact the office (215) 879-6615.
