February 11th will mark the one year anniversary to the untimely death of iconic rand b singer Whitney Houston.

In honor of the date, Madame Tussauds hosted an official unveiling on of four life sized waxed figures of the star.

Each figure represents four different era’s and milestones of Houston”s career. A picture was released yesterday, however the actual figures were publicly presented today  February 7, 2013 in NYC.

There is a A figure of  her at the 1991 Super Bowl, which will be sent to Washington D.C., while her 1992 “Bodyguard” figure will be in Hollywood. The 1988 look from “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” will be in Las Vegas, and the jogging suite wearing figure will be on display in New York. We believe that one represents the infamous National Anthem performance.

According to extratv. Houston’s manager and sister-in-law Pat Houston said in a statement.”We were extremely honored when Madame Tussauds approached us about doing four figures of Whitney from different points in her 30-year career,”…”This is something we are excited to do for the fans.”

This is such a good gesture, since it is also Black History Month. We think their beautiful so life like. R.I.P. Whitney We will always remember You.
