Action News reports that their sources say them  Regusters was the woman wearing the Muslim garb seen on school surveillance video.

Darby went on to say, “This is the only arrest at this time. The investigation is very much active and ongoing by members of the Special Victims Unit,” Three other people also were  taken into custody earlier to from the same home as Regusters on Walton Avenue,  a man, a woman, and a teenage boy, however she was the only one charge at this time.

An additional warrant was issued this evening, detectives had animal control confiscate a bird, a macaw, now believe to be a crucial piece of evidence, reports say,  the child had told police there was a bird in the home and she was told by her abductors that if she didn’t do as she was told, the bird would pluck her eyes out.

These people are sick, We are lucky to have them off the streets. The community and especially the Philadelphia police department should be commended for all of their diligent work and efforts in this case. Job Well Done …Philly Stood Up!

Our thoughts and prayer continue to go out the young innocent victim and her family. It is our hopes that she is on her way to a speedy recovery.
