Loudly blasting The ship’s horn several times on its final docking approach as some gave a thumbs-up sign and flashes from cameras and cellphones lit the night as the 14-story Carnival Cruise ship (The Triumph) officially docked around 9:15 PM Central time last night
The ship has been stranded for five nightmarish days in the middle of the Gulf limped under tow into port with more than 4,000 people aboard late last night , passengers raucously cheering the end to an ocean odyssey they say was marked by overflowing toilets, food shortages and foul odors.
