The Scholarship offers keep coming in for Mr. Cordell Broadus, son of iconic West coast rapper Snoop Dogg a.k.a. Snoop Lion, it’s no secret that Snoop is a die heart football fan who has sponsored little leagues for years and cordell has been coached by his father since the pee wee’s, in an interview last year with Off The Bench/NBCSports, Snoop recalls Cordell initially not interested enough in the game,“…I used to bribe him with money because he wasn’t really into the game,” Snoop said. “Now that he’s on his way to being a stud, I want my money back.”
Well it looks like he may be able to get it because, according to aolsports news,…”This week, Cordell picked up his third verbal scholarship offer when Duke told him they wanted him in Durham, N.C. He also has offers from Washington and UCLA. Last summer, it leaked out that UCLA coach Jim Mora didn’t even know he’d offered Snoop’s son, proving Cordell isn’t just gaining attention because of his dad. He has earned his own stripes.
