Reports say the son of late West Coast hip hop legend Nate Dogg: Naijiel Hale, may be receiving a offer for a football scholarship to USC soon, not to mention he already has offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, Cal, Nebraska and Washington State. reportedly Hale is ranked No. 24 cornerback in the 2014 class and he’s the No. 26 player from the state of California, both according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

This move positions Hale on the list moguls and legends of hip hop sons that play organized sports and attain numerous offers from notable institutions. We recently reported about Snoop Lion‘s son Cordell Broadus’s current offer from Duke and his prior offer from UCLA, Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, made UCLA ‘s football team as a cornerback, and remember Master P’s son, Lil Romeo, played basketball at USC. While reports are surfacing claiming Hale, is considering taking a football scholarship to USC, he has been quoted as saying, “I’m not sure right now (about committing),” Hale said. “I don’t even know. It may be, it may not be. It’s more about getting it first.”
As you all know singer and rapper, Nate Dogg born Nathaniel Dwayne Hale, passed away a few years ago on March 15, 2011 after suffering from complications with repeated strokes and cardiac arrest.We’re sure he’s smiling down and is extremely proud of his son.
