Mr Carter and family will be returning to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia, PA Labor Day weekend with a host of friends joining them for the 2nd annual Budweiser Made In America Fest 2013. The lineup was revealed on Jay Z‘s Life&Times website earlier this week, some of the performers include: his wife and siter in law Beyonce & Solange, Public Enemy, Wiz Khalifa, A$ap Rocky,Kendrick Lamar, and a whole lot more.
