Dedpite the fact that, millions of dollars have been spent and made to host numerous events in the city of Philadelphia in the past several months. The school district is facing a shutdown in a few weeks… WTH  According to reports, ” William Hite, superintendent of the Philadelphia School District, says in light of the budget impasse, it can continue making payroll while operating without state funds through the end of January.
