The City Of Philadelphia is mourning the loss of a veteran radio personality E. Steven Collins, who passed away pass Sunday (August ,2013) at the age of 59, from an apparent heart attack.
Many in Philly considered COLLINS as an inspirational, informative, moreover classy individual of the airwaves. Our first encounter with E was back in the 80’s while recording a PSA for HIV at WDAS FM, where he worked from 1978 through 2002.
