The La Salle University Explorers are in the Sweet 16 for the first time since 1955. Considered as the second-lowest seed in the tournament. Thanks to Southwest Philadelphia native, Tyrone Garland and “The Southwest Philly Floater”, which is the title of the shot Garland used with just 2.5 seconds left in the game to  beat Mississippi 76-74 in a Round-of-32 game.

Garland explains: “It’s a saying for, if you’re going up against a big man,” Garland said. “You’ve got to float it up there. My cousin always told me, ‘If they’re going to block your shot, use your Southwest Philly Floater.’ ” Click here to read full story from source>>>CBSsports.com
