This is sad One of the stars of VH1’s “Real Chance of Love” and “I Love New York”  passed away after a long battle with cancer Ahmad Givens, a.k.a. Real, and he was pretty young in age.” TMZ reports,”…Real’s brother Chance told them has died…Real was having trouble with vision and speech Friday night during a family visit … and they had a feeling the end was near.  He passed away hours later…” It was also said that his brother and co-host of the show “Chance” posted a tribute to his brother online saying, “I’ll see you one day soon we shall dance again in God’s kingdom forever and ever bro words can’t describe my pain world pray for me!…”

We originally heard about Real’s condition about a year ago, him being diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, undergoing surgery, and chemotherapy treatments. There was also reports that Ahmad been was bedridden since January after taking a fall.

We are sorry to here this and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. May he Rest In Peace.
